Grizelli specialises in Project Management for IT infrastructure projects - this means everything from a new building to re-equipping a data centre; from adding a new data switch to replacing your entire network. Out of this work with some of the UK's largest organisations has come additional services - Project Management training, and Consultancy - as well as a totally new idea, the the Personal Virtual Assistant.
As with all our services, our training is based on our real-world experience of projects. We take the best of the more formal methods, and adapt them to be useable in a business like yours, where every minute is precious and there is no time for tedious process, but where discipline in the project is the only way to achieve a good result.
Our consultancy services are mainly focussed on process re-engineering and improvement. Most companies know that they could improve if only they had the time and the ability to take an objective view - we at Grizelli can provide both.
Virtual Assistance is a new service, born out of the project support services that we provide as part of our project management work. Our Virtual Assistants can take over all of your admin tasks - hotel and flight bookings; conference organisation; documentation; Internet searches; or just plain word processing, spreadheets and database work.
